Utilizing Unattended Teller Technology to Support Touch Screen Virtual Banking Kiosks for Consumers

Since the advent of the ATM white label industry in Canada and the United States clients have been able to access funds conveniently at a variety of locations beyond the typical Financial Institution. In placing this ATM Devices in locations the revenue generated is typically shared between the location and the vendor providing the ATM device.

So What Is An eTM™ Kiosk?

These multipurpose touch screen ATM & Prepaid Card Kiosks are certified in Canada with Interac™ and registered with Visa® and MasterCard® to provide instant issuance of refillable open loop cards. These eTM kiosks are the only one's certified and registered in Canada for both ATM cash dispensing and point-of-sale (debit and credit) transaction processing. They have also been certified and deployed in the United States to do both debit and credit transactions on both the Visa® and MasterCard® networks.

By integrating this kiosk with ARMnet financial product management technology we are now providing the ability for clients to apply online through an eTM Kiosk for a variety of financial services

Using VoIP and WebCam connectivity the eTM Kiosks also allow us to connect clients to call centre support services to manage any service desired. In doing so we can extend the footprint of an Alternative Banking Instituition to the virtual environment unlike any other solution in the Canadian marketplace.
